What you’ll need:

Hungry Jack® Premium Hashbrown Potatoes
Egg Beaters®
Large Green Pepper
Large Vidalia Onion
Fat Free Shredded Cheddar Cheese

Directions:

1)      Prepare Hungry Jack® Premium Hashbrown Potatoes as directed.
2)      Chopped Green Pepper/Onion and add to pan.
3)      Add Egg Beaters®
4)      Top with ¼ Cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
